Refund and Returns
At The Jewel Boxes, while we are confident that our products will meet your expectations, this policy exists to address any rare situations where an issue may arise. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, our dedicated Quality Control (Q&C) team conducts detailed inspections before dispatching every item. As a result, we follow a strict policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item has been shipped. Such occurrences are extremely rare; however, we acknowledge the possibility of human error. If you receive a defective product, you may be eligible for a return.
Please Note – All natural handcrafted stones may vary slightly in size, shape, and color. Each piece is unique, and therefore no exchanges will be offered for such natural variations.
Once the jewellery has been delivered, any damage or breakage occurring thereafter is not the responsibility of The Jewel Boxes. However, if the item is repairable, customers may send it to us (courier charges to be borne by the customer), and we will be happy to assist with repairs after confirming feasibility in advance.
Please contact our customer support at info@thejewelboxes.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with your order ID and an unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the opening of the sealed package through to the visible defect. Edited or incomplete videos may lead to rejection of the return request.
How does the return/exchange process work?
Upon receiving a return or exchange request, our Quality Control Team will review the details and determine eligibility.
If your request is approved, the product must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, and in original packaging. The item must be shipped back to the provided address within 48 hours of approval.
Our Q&C team will re-evaluate the returned product based on the approved issue and guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth process. Please ensure that the product is securely packed and dispatched as instructed.
Once approved, the returned item will be replaced with a new one. If the product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item from our collection. Please note that refunds or store credits are not offered.
What if I have to cancel my order?
We follow a strict no-cancellation policy, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Our commitment to high-quality standards minimizes the need for returns or exchanges. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur, and we aim to address customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
The Following Does Not Qualify For Exchange:
Packages lost during return shipping arranged by the customer
Packages refused by the recipient
Products returned in used, worn, or damaged condition
Products returned due to size-related issues (please refer to size guides before purchasing)
Incorrect delivery address or failed delivery attempts due to unavailability, resulting in the package being returned (re-shipping charges will apply)
Products that are not faulty or damaged
Minor variations in color or design
Natural handcrafted stone variations
